Good grief! Sounds like California's Republican party is run by the corporate types who want permission to bring in white collar guest workers because they "can't find citizens to fill the jobs". I doubt the true-believer, furriner-fearin' base will be impressed.
It is just too precious. They have to import their kind of people.
